I cannot find my favorite image in the store, can I still order it?
David is releasing open edition prints on a regular basis to the fine art store. If you have a favorite image and cannot find it, please contact David to see if he can help you arrange a custom order.
Why do some sizes have less framing options?
As prints increase in size, the weight of a frame, mat and cover increase to the point where some frames are not strong enough. We offer wooden frames of various thicknesses and metal frame systems to help overcome the increased weight. However, some frames are not sturdy enough for large sized images and these are automatically removed. If you would like a different frame, try a smaller sized print.
are open edition prints signed by the artist?
No. Open edition prints are not signed by David. However, limited edition prints are both hand-signed by David and numbered, coming with a certificate of authenticity and care instructions.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR OPEN EDITION PRINTS OF ALL TYPES We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges.
SHIPPING PRICES are calculated based on your cart total. Additional charges apply for large prints and items requiring crates as noted below.
LARGE SIZE PRODUCTS AND CRATING POLICIES. Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost ranging between $15 to $20. In addition, products over 40" in length may also require freight shipping. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total at time of checkout.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US, EXPEDITED SHIPING, AND SPECIAL REQUESTS. Shipping costs outside the continental United States can be costly and each customer is responsible for any custom and duty fees and taxes from the destination country in addition to standard shipping costs. The country of origin for your shipment is the United States.
Our expedited shipping choices are available at the time of checkout. Limited edition prints may be shipped to some locations outside the continental United States, so please contact us for more information and shipping costs to those locations.
FOR LIMITED EDITIONS shipping in the continental United States is free. Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. For more information on Originals and Limited Editions, see our Frequently Asked Questions for Limited Editions.
COVID-19 UPDATE: production and delivery times are lengthened during this period due to vendor delays in receiving papers and inks, delays in receiving framing materials and delays in delivery services such as Federal Express and UPS. - Print only, 6-8 days
- Framed prints, 7-14 days
- Metal prints, 3-4 days
